NOTE: If you call your physician during office hours, please give the receptionist specific information regarding the nature of your call. Emergency calls will be handled immediately. Nonemergency calls will be returned during the noon hour or at the end of the day. Have your pharmacy phone number ready in case the physician prescribes a medication. When you call, you will speak to a receptionist who will offer to set an appointment, transfer you to the provider’s voice mail, transfer you to the provider’s assistant or transfer you to our triage nurse.
