Substance use disorder treatment using buprenorphine (suboxone) is offered by Sarah Truso. We also offer mental health screening, assessment and counseling through our provider, Sumitra Dorner, LICSW.
We accept all insurances except Health Partners, but will also provide services to those without insurance on a sliding fee scale. Bilingual Staff: English, Vietnamese, Spanish, Somali
